Direct message notices

Catita only writes by direct message to notify, and each person chooses which notices they get with /notifications. Every notice shows the server’s name and a button to these settings.

Notice	Options
Level-ups	Always, every 5 levels, only when a role is earned, or never
Rebirth	Yes or no
Streaks	Every day, every 7 days, only at milestones, or never
Moderation	Yes or no
Showcase	Yes or no
Tickets	Yes or no (ticket opened and transcript)

Level and streak notices are sent by DM only if the server picked that destination in its announcements.
