Invite Catita and first steps

Add Catita to Discord

1. Invite her. Press the button above, pick your server and accept the permissions. Catita only asks for what her features use (moderation, managing roles and channels, emojis and stickers), not Administrator.

2. Move her role up. In Server Settings > Roles, put Catita’s role above the roles she has to give or remove (level rewards, clans, custom roles). Discord doesn’t let a bot manage roles higher than its own.

3. Open /settings. That’s where you turn on and adjust each module. Guide: Set up with /settings.

4. Pick the language. In /settings > Language. Today Catita fully speaks Spanish; English and Portuguese are on the way.

Slash or prefix

Every main command exists as a slash command (/play). Many also have a prefix version, , by default (,play), with aliases (,reproducir). Change the prefix with /setprefix. The command reference shows for each command whether it has slash, prefix and which aliases.

Note

Commands work inside servers. By direct message, Catita only sends notices (for example about tickets or level-ups), and each person chooses which ones they get with /notifications.
