Privacy and data

The full policy is at catita.gg/en/privacy. In short:

• What she keeps: Discord IDs and what her features use (XP, balances, inventory, clans, cases and warnings, tickets, playlists and preferences).
• Messages: Catita reads them for prefix commands, XP and each server’s features, but does not store them, except in ticket transcripts.
• For how long:
  • if Catita is removed from a server, its data is deleted after 30 days (if she comes back sooner, nothing is deleted);
  • ticket transcripts are deleted after 180 days.
• She does not sell data or use it for advertising or to train AI.
• To request deletion or access: write to legal@catita.gg.
